At MENSPIRE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your grooming essentials. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all seals remain intact and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
